FAQ

What is the warranty on your tracks?

All of our UTG TuffBilt rubber tracks are covered by our exclusive pro-rated No Hassle warranty from date of invoice, 18 months coverage for mini excavator tracks and 12 months for track loaders. If during the warranty coverage period, the track becomes unserviceable due to manufacturers defect, material or workmanship, it will be eligible for warranty coverage. For more information on our warranty coverage, click here.

Do you offer any extended warranties?

Any warranty coverage is always included in your purchase price. Longer warranty equals higher price. Simply put, we could offer longer warranty coverage but it would be reflected in your purchase price. Also, Contrax Equipment is the only company to offer the No Hassle Warranty policy, which eliminates the headaches of long, drawn-out warranty claims. We don’t make you buy a replacement track at full price, and then decide whether your warranty claim is eligible. For more information, and to see our No Hassle Warranty policy, click here.

Are your rubber tracks guaranteed to fit?

Yes, all of our tracks are guaranteed to fit the specified machine, or your money back including freight! Just be sure to contact a Contrax representative within 7 days of receipt of your tracks to report any fitment issues.

My machine is down; I need a track right away! How fast can you ship?

We normally ship same-day, with order cut-off time as late as 4:00pm EST, with next day delivery to a number of major metropolitan areas. We also can offer next-day guaranteed delivery for those critical time-sensitive shipments.

How many work hours can I expect my new TuffBilt tracks to last?

This always depends on 2 major factors: the jobsite or work application, and the operator. These obviously differ from one contractor to the next, so it is hard to determine work hours lifespan, but there are some things you can do to get the most out of your new tracks. For our operating tips and techniques, click here. That being said, our tracks are designed to stand up to the most demanding environments and applications, and will help your machines power through many hard-working hours.

I have steel tracks on my machine currently. Can I fit it with rubber tracks?

This depends on the size and make of your machine. We do carry rubber tracks that are designed for machines that can be interchangeable between steel and rubber tracks. Contact us for more information. For our online quote request, click here, or simply give us a call at 1-888-429-4250.

I’m a landscape contractor. Can I buy from Contrax Equipment direct, or do I need to go to an authorized dealer?

Yes, you can deal directly with Contrax; however there are price advantages of buying from an authorized dealer. Authorized Contrax Equipment dealers are also excellent resources and will help ensure that all of your requirements are met, and may have Contrax parts in stock for quicker availability. We have an extensive dealer network, and would be happy to direct you to your closest dealer location.
