Clip-on

Our most popular model, the DuraLine Clip-On Pad is the most secure, robust, simplest rubber pad in today’s market. It’s available for all brands of construction equipment and designed to fit grousers from 250mm (10”) wide up to 900mm (36”). This ranges from the 1 ton class through 30 ton.

The underside of the DuraLine pad is specifically designed to fit the profile of the grouser to which it is fitting on thus all of the pressure is between the structure of the pad and the grouser bars; Not the Clips. Customers have reported wear life ratings of over 2.5 times than that of competing brands.

It requires no timely, costly drilling or plasma cutting as with the bolt-on pads. When a grouser shoe is not predrilled by the original manufacturer for rubber pads, The DuraLine Clip-On is the only practical choice. Examples have reported, grouser steel is simply too hard to drill which leaves plasma cutting the only option. Plasma cutting typically ends up with holes being to large or “Over-blown”. This means that washers need to be used under the nuts. When torqued to spec and the pads are put into action the washers concave which results with the pads coming loose. Plasma cutting is time consuming and expensive. Clip-On Pads install in as little as 6 man hours.

Clip-ON pads also increase machine resale valued. When a machine is being sold the rubber pads can be removed leaving an untouched grouser shoe.

Bolt-on

For grousers that have pre-drilled holes by the original manufacturer. Does not add width to the shoe thus keeping the machine the same width. It's available for all brands of construction equipment and designed to fit grousers from 230mm (9") wide up to 800mm (32").

Roadliner

Directly to the chain. One piece solution. Most cost effective solution when transitioning your machine from steel to rubber. Duraline Roadliner pads are a steel grouser encased in rubber. It's available for all brands of construction equipment and designed to fit from 300mm (12") wide up to 600mm (24").
